About You:
- 2+ years of experience in HR & Recruiting, ideally in product companies.
- Strong understanding of the employee life cycle.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from HR metrics and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Deel to manage international hiring, contracts, and compliance matters.
- Design, run, and analyze eNPS surveys on a regular basis.
- Lead and continuously improve the performance review process.
