Own all European HR operations, including contracts, amendments, probations, terminations, and employee documentation
Act as the go-to expert on German employment law, advising managers and employees with confidence and clarity
Support managers on employee relations, performance topics, and day-to-day people decisions

What you bring:

Proven experience running HR administration in Germany , with strong knowledge of employment law and labor regulations
Exposure to HR operations across multiple European countries
Comfortable working independently and remotely , while collaborating closely with a global team
