Responsibilities:

  • Provide team leadership and mentorship to Salesforce Administrators, assigning tasks and fostering collaboration.
  • Lead development and optimization of Salesforce customizations, including custom objects, flows, and integrations, overseeing technical delivery from start to finish.
  • Handle day-to-day user requests, troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing the Salesforce instance, and manage vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of Salesforce/enterprise systems experience, with Salesforce Administrator certification and relevant additional certifications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and project management to ensure simultaneous projects are delivered on time.
