Provide team leadership and mentorship to Salesforce Administrators, assigning tasks and fostering collaboration.
Lead development and optimization of Salesforce customizations, including custom objects, flows, and integrations, overseeing technical delivery from start to finish.
Handle day-to-day user requests, troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing the Salesforce instance, and manage vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

4-6 years of Salesforce/enterprise systems experience, with Salesforce Administrator certification and relevant additional certifications.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
Deep understanding of business processes and project management to ensure simultaneous projects are delivered on time.
