Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound enrollment calls for a food-as-medicine program designed to help members fight chronic illness.
- Passionately support members to enhance their healthcare experience and make a positive difference in their lives.
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Requires strong computer, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to adhere to schedules.
- Must be able to provide dual monitors and be available for potential company-arranged travel to New York City for training.
Compensation & Benefits:
