Fulfillment Operations Specialist, German Speaking

About the Role:

• You will join a remote team of 20+ operations representatives in Poland.
• Focus on improving conversions and reducing cancellations across 6 European markets.

Responsibilities:

• Follow SOPs and take detailed notes for continuous improvement.
• Resolve user issues via live channels and outbound calls while exceeding KPIs.
• Build trust with stakeholders and provide an exceptional experience first time.

Skills Required:

• Fluency in English and German (B2+).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or contact center experience.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay range of 58,000-83,000 PLN annually.
