What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the frontline voice of Ruggable to consumers via phone, chat, and email.
- Resolve inbound inquiries about returns, cancellations, exchanges, and orders.
- Support the team by sharing tools and methods that boost efficiency.
What You’ll Need to Have:
- Fluency in German and English, and physically based in the UK.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets like Google Sheets or Excel.
Details:
- Full-time contract, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm BST.
- Remote role required to be based in the UK, ~1 year fixed term.
- Base salary of £28,000 with competitive benefits.
