About the Role:
- Own the quote-to-order path and order management, including CPQ requirements, automation, validation, and controls.
- Build and run marketplace transaction operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure, ensuring bookings tie out.
What You'll Do:
- Design the quote-to-order flow and instrument the process to find and fix slowdowns.
- Own the quoting and order management system build, working with Revenue Engineering on roadmap and UAT.
- Own the handoff into billing and revenue, partnering with Accounting to build controls upstream.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years in commercial operations, deal desk, or revenue operations with a track record of building automation.
- Hands-on depth in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, plus technical range in flows, APIs, and SQL.
- Experience with usage-based contracts and marketplace operations is strongly preferred.
