Proactively identify passive talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical communities, writing personalized outreach that earns responses.

What You'll Need:

3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles at high-growth companies, with strong understanding of technical landscape.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and an applicant tracking system.
Excellent written communication and a track record of building diverse pipelines through data-informed strategies.
