About the Role:
- The HR Generalist supports HR Business Partners in the US and LATAM regions with employee relations, projects, and data reporting.
- This role strengthens HRBP capacity by ensuring consistent employee support and high-quality execution across teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Review employee relations intake, partner with leaders, and escalate complex cases to HRBPs.
- Support performance management, compensation cycles, and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews, and track HR data trends.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in HR coordination or people programs with strong communication skills.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, HRIS data experience, and ability to work independently.
- Interest in developing HRBP skills and supporting remote-first teams across multiple regions.
