People Generalist

Position Overview:

• This is a six-month fixed-term role focused on giving the People team real capacity during a busy stretch.
• You'll handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee file audits, job description development, and HR administration.
• The role is hands-on, high-volume, and ideal for someone who likes to see the whole HR function rather than just one slice of it.

What You'll Do:

• Own requisitions from kickoff to offer, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Run onboarding for new hires, including paperwork, background checks, and equipment provisioning.
• Audit employee files to ensure completeness and compliance, producing a summary of findings.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay range is $50.00 – $70.00 per hour depending on experience and location.
• This is a full-time remote position within the United States.
