People Operations Specialist (Temporary)

About the Role:

• Provide day-to-day People services support, addressing employee inquiries on benefits and policies.
• Act as key liaison between the People Team and employees to drive efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update People systems (BambooHR, ADP) with data integrity and confidentiality.
• Administer full US onboarding and offboarding processes and oversee immigration cases.
• Manage HR help desk, handle unemployment claims, and ensure compliance reporting.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of HR experience preferred with strong HR systems knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and sound judgment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Compensation:

• The US national base salary range for this position is $65,000-$114,000.
• Individual pay is determined by location and factors like skills and experience.
