Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for assigned applicants from preparation through completion.
- Ensure all new hires meet compliance requirements and complete employment verification.
- Maintain employee profiles and records across multiple systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in recruiting, onboarding, or HR operations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
