- Serve as the go-to for employee relations questions and coaching.
- Own and maintain the employee handbook, including state-specific updates.
- Support benefits administration and manage onboarding/offboarding.
Recruiting:
- Run full-cycle recruiting, from writing job descriptions to extending offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to build efficient interview processes.
- Manage candidate pipelines through Breezy ATS.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally fractional or consulting.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience and multi-state compliance knowledge.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-moving small business.
