HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview:

• The HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as the primary recruiter and HR point person.
• This role involves managing the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to initial interviews.
• Responsibilities also include overseeing HR administration like onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the recruiting process, developing proactive strategies to source qualified candidates.
• Conduct outbound recruiting through LinkedIn, email, and job boards.
• Manage HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and time-off tracking.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional HR and/or recruiting experience with strong hands-on recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information.
