- Provide strategic leadership and operational direction to Regional Operations Managers for consistent performance.
- Enforce enterprise-wide governance, standards, and accountability through comprehensive audit strategies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve service delivery, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
Financial Management & Productivity Improvement:
- Support annual operating plan development, forecasting, and budget management.
- Monitor operational expenses and productivity metrics to achieve financial objectives.
- Drive initiatives that optimize labor utilization, service delivery costs, and overall efficiency.
