Regional Director of Operations

OWN & GROW THE BUSINESS:

• Deliver the region's business plan, achieving sales, profitability, and operational targets across 70+ bakeries.
• Use P&Ls, performance data, and field insights to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Quickly diagnose underperformance and hold leaders accountable for sustained improvement.

BUILD LEADERS WHO BUILD LEADERS:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of District Managers who own their businesses.
• Create a culture of training and development, building a deep bench and strong succession pipeline.
• Partner with the People team to identify high-potential talent and strengthen retention.

DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL OPERATIONS & AN ALWAYS WARM EXPERIENCE:

• Set a high bar for product quality, food safety, cleanliness, speed, and hospitality.
• Ensure every bakery delivers an Always Warm experience through purposeful market visits.
• Know when to coach and when to jump in, building capability while solving immediate issues.
