- Own regional performance outcomes across growth, retention, service stability, and business health.
- Coach and mentor Regional Directors to build leadership capability and business acumen.
- Establish a consistent operating cadence that creates visibility and accountability across regions.
Qualifications, Skills, & Attributes:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in a service-based business; franchise or multi-unit experience preferred.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with ability to interpret P&L and drive operational improvements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a track record of continuous improvement.
