WIN THE TECHNICAL EVALUATION:

  • Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and lead technical discovery.
  • Design cluster and workload architectures that map to business outcomes.
  • Own POCs end-to-end with scope, benchmarks, and success metrics.

LAND IT AND GROW IT:

  • Take customers from signature to first successful production training run.
  • Serve as the named technical owner for accounts post-launch, handling architecture reviews and optimization.
  • Spot expansion opportunities before the customer raises them.

BUILD THE FUNCTION:

  • Create assets like demo environments, benchmarking harnesses, and reference architectures.
  • Be the highest-signal feedback loop into Product, Engineering, and Research.
  • Ensure the assets you build enable rapid ramp for future SAs.
