Customer Service Representative

Role Overview:

• Act as first-tier support for all customer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Focus on first contact resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to operational standards for attendance, utilization, and call quality.

• Handle escalated issues professionally and maintain flexibility in scheduling.
