You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service and support to both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls for new sales and post-sales service, follow up on warm leads, and provide email/chat support.
Perform administrative tasks including proofreading, research, mailing, and maintaining client records in agency management systems.
Contribute to continuous process improvements in client service delivery.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in insurance.
Active Life Accident & Health insurance license and strong knowledge of insurance products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management software (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) preferred; bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus.
