Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email while providing professional, timely, and service-oriented support.
  • Process routine insurance transactions, including endorsements, certificates of insurance, application follow-ups, and quoting activities.
  • Escalate complex customer requests to appropriate internal resources when necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Property & Casualty License strongly preferred.
  • Professional customer service experience required; two to three years of insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Must reside in the United States and be available during Central or Mountain Time Zone business hours.
