Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to body shops and vehicle owners to confirm pickup details and obtain releases.
• Help arrange transport and removal of personal items, including facilitating three-way calls.
• Maintain accurate vehicle notes and meet daily performance metrics like making 100+ calls and processing 60+ lots.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of office support or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED, with strong communication and typing skills (45 WPM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment.
