Inside Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls and routine follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
• Analyze customer shipping history and account activity to identify trends and opportunities.
• Address and resolve customer concerns related to billing, shipping, and service issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or a related commercial role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle a variety of client interactions.
