Accountabilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for web customers interested in purchasing vehicles.
• Engage customers through phone and email to understand needs and encourage dealership visits.
• Achieve and exceed customer service, sales, and performance objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven ability to identify and convert opportunities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, bilingual in English and French.
• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and collaborate.
