Commercial Services Representative (6 month contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, review, and process Marketplace quotes, ensuring accuracy of pricing terms, contractual details, and effective dates.
• Process product correction and cancellation quotes according to established policy and procedures.
• Escalate ambiguous or non-standard quoting scenarios to senior specialists.

Shared Services Case Management:

• Process and resolve day-to-day requests from Shared Services queue in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support case routing, data validation, and use of AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in Salesforce and related systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Additional Information:

• This is a 6 month contract position with approximate dates from September 7, 2026 to March 5, 2027.
