Sales Development Representative

What You'll Do:

• Generate and qualify pipeline by identifying companies hiring for roles Wing can support.
• Research target accounts and run focused outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Hold discovery calls and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–4+ years in sales, business development, appointment setting, or recruiting.
• Strong research, organization, and resilience with clear activity metrics.
• Comfort reaching out to companies unfamiliar with remote talent and AI-enabled solutions.

Compensation and Incentives:

• Base salary of $1,200–$2,500 per month.
• Bonuses for qualified meetings and closed customers.
• Weekly competitions and performance-based incentives tied to activity targets.
