Sales Generation & Customer Outreach:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to support new and existing customers
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and outbound leads through discovery calls
  • Manage customer communication throughout the sales cycle

Opportunity & Pipeline Management:

  • Own and progress opportunities from initial qualification through close
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to support forecasting and pipeline visibility
