Compensation:
- Base salary of USD 1,250 per month during ramp-up, increasing to USD 1,500 after first 6 contracts.
- Uncapped commissions on every contract signed, in addition to base salary.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote, work-from-home position open to candidates across LATAM.
- No hourly tracking; performance is measured by contracts and results.
- Monday to Friday schedule with required overlap with U.S. business hours.
Role and Growth:
- Full ownership of an assigned market vertical, not a small portion of an existing territory.
