The Product Support Specialist will deliver localized, real-time support to customers across Brazil and the broader LATAM region.
- Improve product adoption by addressing language and time-zone gaps, and supporting high-value enterprise customers operating in Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking markets.
- Focus primarily on reactive product support, with opportunities to contribute to onboarding assistance and customer education.
- Work closely with DroneDeploy’s global Support team and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues efficiently via email, chat, and phone using Zendesk, with an emphasis on responsiveness during Brazil business hours.
- Apply GIS and geospatial expertise to troubleshoot data capture, processing, and analysis workflows.
- Support customer onboarding and early adoption by clarifying workflows, resolving setup issues, and reinforcing best practices.
