Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Activation: Collaborate with Account Managers and pre-sale Sales Engineers to understand solution requirements and guide clients through technical implementation.
- Technical Support & Optimization: Act as a trusted post-sale technical resource by resolving customer issues and recommending best practices.
- Client Engagement & Communication: Lead kickoff meetings and host working sessions to ensure effective adoption.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in technical, analytical, consulting, or client-facing roles.
- Foundational knowledge of APIs, SQL, and cloud data environments.
