Customer Success Associate

About the Role:

• A centralized resource enabling the Customer Success team to move fast and scale.
• Own core account maintenance duties and gain hands-on expertise across customer success.
• High-ownership role with a clear path into Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales, or Implementation.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own a portfolio of accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Coordinate technical support escalations and follow engineering tickets through to resolution.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, run analytics reports, and recommend process improvements.

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in implementation, support, or operations required.
• Strong data analytics skills, tech savviness, and experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, and Linear.
• A gritty, adaptable, and curious individual with a high degree of ownership.
