What You'll Do:
- Build and operate a 1:many, lifecycle-driven Success-at-Scale program.
- Use behavior and usage signals to drive engagement and expansion.
- Manage escalations, health checks, and customer trainings.
Skills We're Looking For:
- Proficiency with AI tools like Claude for automating business reviews.
- Hands-on HubSpot experience for customer segmentation and outreach.
- Strong ability to navigate a matrix organization and influence cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Customer Success or similar B2B SaaS role.
- 2+ years building scalable customer engagement models.
- Located in US major hubs; legally authorized to work in the US.
