What You’ll Do:
- You own program delivery for strategic accounts, managing statewide rollouts from kickoff to go-live.
- You build governance plans and coordinate across teams to resolve dependencies and keep programs on track.
- You identify and manage risk, mentor staff, and serve as escalation point for leadership and customers.
What You’ll Bring:
- You bring 8+ years of program management experience in SaaS or public sector with multi-workstream engagements.
- You have experience with statewide rollouts and are skilled at presenting risk to senior executives.
- You have strong governance skills and experience mentoring other project managers.
