You will provide legal and business advice, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
You will partner with key decision-makers to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
You will strengthen contract processes and support international expansion.

Requirements:

You hold a Juris Doctor and an active license in California or eligibility.
You have 10+ years of legal experience, including complex commercial transactions.
You have strong knowledge of commercial law, privacy laws, and healthcare regulations.
