About the Position:
- As a Clinic Growth Manager, you'll design and run programs that keep thousands of veterinary clinics engaged and growing.
- You'll think in programs, not just conversations, using data, content, and community to move clinics at scale.
What You Will Do:
- Design and manage a clinic community program including newsletters, referral programs, and online engagement.
- Develop best practice playbooks, how-to guides, and self-serve resources.
- Analyze usage trends and build targeted re-engagement plans for underperforming clinics.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in Community Engagement, Growth Marketing, or Customer Success in a SaaS environment.
- Comfort with data: pull reports, spot trends, and translate into action.
- Natural communicator who can hold a room in a seminar and build trust in 1:1s.
