Job Description:

  • Reporting to the VP, Global Strategic Customers - Elevate, drive long-term revenue growth through large strategic transactions in AMS.\n- Act as in-region deal expert, defining end-to-end deal strategy and leading complex negotiations.\n- Contribute to continuous improvement of Strategic Engagements and overall enterprise sales transformation.\n

Priorities & Responsibilities:

  • Validate and engage on >$10M+ NNACV opportunities, tracking progression and escalating risks.\n- Champion collaborative GTM activities including account planning, WIN Forums, and strategic pursuits.\n- Drive big deal thinking and best practice sharing across the strategic engagements team.\n

Qualifications:

  • 9+ years software industry experience, 5+ years consultative direct sales into Enterprise accounts.\n- Experience in Large Deal or Corporate Strategy supporting complex transactions.\n- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interface with senior client executives.\n

Measure of Success:

  • Large & complex closed deals > $10M+ and positive Customer Feedback & NPS.
