Key Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound calls from vendors regarding vehicle payment inquiries, repair authorizations, and document in internal systems.
  • Conduct follow-up process including communicating payment timelines, investigating delays, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
  • Identify and escalate customer service opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

  • One year of customer service and administrative support experience.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must live in Greater St. Louis, MO area and meet work from home technical requirements.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time remote position, 100% from home in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area.
  • Department operates Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST.
  • Terrestrial cable or fiber internet with minimum upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 25Mb required.
