Affirm seeks a pragmatic transactional attorney to join the Vendor Legal team, balancing risk with business velocity in a high-growth tech environment.
You will manage a busy deal pipeline and improve processes to help the team scale.

What you'll do:

Lead negotiation, drafting, and execution of various vendor agreements including technology, cloud, and marketing contracts.
Design and implement playbooks, templates, and workflows to reduce cycle time without sacrificing quality.
Collaborate with procurement, engineering, finance, and other teams to provide clear, practical guidance.

What we look for:

JD and active bar membership with 5+ years of relevant transactional experience in tech or law firm.
Strong drafting skills, fintech/payments experience, and knowledge of data privacy regimes like CCPA and GDPR.
Proven ability to manage high deal volume, build legal processes, and communicate complex issues clearly.
