Responsibilities:

  • Own growth metrics for Array+ revenue and active users
  • Work closely with the Conversion Rate Optimization Lead to share the results of product experimentation and optimization with Array+ clients
  • Document client feedback and relay to Conversion Rate Optimization Lead and Product team

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar Client Success Manager role, preferably at a high-growth tech startup and or a financial institution
  • Experience owning a large book of business and being responsible for revenue and active user growth
  • Ability to think strategically and anticipate customer needs
