About the Role:
- Lead a team of around 12 Financial Crime Investigators within Monzo's EU Fincrime Operations.
- Cover screening, transaction monitoring, account closures, and escalations.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct quality checks, handle complex escalations, and manage professional development.
- Chair employee relations cases and foster a high-performance team culture.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent Spanish and English, with strong financial crime investigation experience.
- Proven team leadership and knowledge of UK and EU financial crime landscape.
