Client Services Associate – Crypto & OTC Trading

Your Role:

• Support day-to-day operations of the trade desk, helping clients execute trades by bank wire and ACH transfer.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and onboard new ones.
• Be a trusted point of contact making every client feel confident and well cared for.

Your Day to Day:

• Field inbound calls, texts, emails, and make outbound efforts to assist clients and promote services.
• Use compliance policies and SOPs to complete tasks accurately and effectively.
• Partner with compliance team to identify and report suspicious activity.

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of customer service or client relations experience, basic crypto knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, discipline to follow procedures in regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, understanding of risk controls.
