- Answer 40-50 inbound calls, take payments, update demographics.
- Provide claim status, explain copays/deductibles, meet KPI metrics.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and problem solving.
- Healthcare experience, Excel proficiency, and ability to use multiple programs.
Additional Information:
- Full-time, Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm, remote.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
