Customer Service Specialist

About the Role:

• This position enhances patient satisfaction by resolving complaints and processing payments.
• You'll handle phone calls, voicemails, and walk-in patients to resolve account issues.

What You'll Do:

• Verify patient account balances, take and enter payments, and process mail and refunds.
• Document all account activity and collaborate with team members for resolution.
• Handle 95% of calls presented to the Customer Service Call Center queue.
