Position Overview:
- Provide essential support to customers (providers) during the onboarding process.
- Guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Manage multiple projects and escalate issues to appropriate teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding for new clinics in a timely manner.
- Collect customer feedback to improve the onboarding process.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to track and manage onboarding progress.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or onboarding experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
