Customer Onboarding:

Troubleshooting & Support:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and assist with resolving technical or configuration challenges.

  • Coordinate with Brightwheel team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing multiple customer onboarding projects independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume onboarding pipeline.
  • Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
