Customer Onboarding:
- Provide comprehensive onboarding and product adoption support to customers.
- Plan and execute onboarding activities to support milestones and platform activation.
- Consistently reinforce the value of Brightwheel.
Troubleshooting & Support:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and assist with resolving technical or configuration challenges.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and support timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Brightwheel team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing multiple customer onboarding projects independently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume onboarding pipeline.
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
