Responsibilities:
- Support the administration and optimization of Workday and other HRIS tools; troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity.
- Execute operational transactions for employee milestones including compensation adjustments, promotions, terminations, and onboarding.
- Design and maintain real-time dashboards and provide reporting on turnover, headcount, and other key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday and other HR systems such as absence management software and ticketing tools.
- Demonstrated experience supporting corporate health and wellness benefits and leave of absence programs.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with broad knowledge of HR functional disciplines.
