Deal Desk Analyst

About the Role:

• Own the quote-to-order-form workflow, handling accurate quotes and billing hand-offs.
• Build deal approval matrices and manage discount processes for Account Executives.
• Partner with Finance and Legal to maintain clean revenue recognition and audit readiness.

• 3-5 years in deal desk or revenue operations at a high-growth SaaS firm.
• Strong command of quote-to-cash cycles, with process-building skills.
• Clear communicator who can navigate deals across teams and customers.
