The Role:

- You will own key client relationships and drive innovative strategies that maximize ROI.
What You'll Do:
- Deeply understand client market landscapes to proactively drive continuous value and contract renewals.
- Champion client needs internally, directly influencing the Veeva Ostro product roadmap.
- Oversee large-scope execution, enterprise budgets, and tight deadlines with flawless precision.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of digital marketing strategy and account management in a healthcare/pharma agency setting.
- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem (websites, banners, social) with a track record of driving strategy for major pharma product launches.
- Track record of managing complex enterprise books of business and acting as a trusted consultant to secure business expansion opportunities.
