Own day-to-day case management for a portfolio of Split Members (egg donors), serving as their primary point of contact over video, phone, text, and email.
Manage multiple cases at different stages simultaneously, keeping timelines on track and members informed of next steps, while coordinating with fertility clinics and medical providers.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years experience as a case manager/coordinator handling multiple cases at once, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A problem solver who thrives in fast-paced work, is proficient in Google Suite and CRM tools, and is comfortable supporting members through egg donation and egg freezing.
A collaborative team player, ideally with healthcare or fertility clinic experience, who is patient, kind, empathetic, and inspired by the mission.
