Deal Desk Associate

Accountabilities:

• Manage closed-won processing and order management activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Build standard quotes using CPQ tools and process order forms with proper validation.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities while improving workflows.

Requirements:

• Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or similar operational roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and familiarity with CPQ tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
